Three years. Jason and I have been married THREE YEARS. I can't believe that! Something I love about our relationship is that we continue to act like we did when we were dating. We still hold hands when we go places, kiss each other whenever and where ever, text throughout the day when we're apart, sit just a little too close in church, and miss each other waaay too quick. Yeah, we're those people. And I love it!
We celebrated simple this year since we had a babe waiting for us at home. Debi was so kind to watch Emmett while we went out on our date. Jason let me choose dinner and I decided on the Cheesecake Factory downtown. We opted to eat outside for a shorter wait and it turned out to be a perfect evening - and much more intimate than the loud crowd inside.

We had a great time talking and laughing and enjoying each other's company. This was our first one-on-one time since Emmett's been born. Much needed and much appreciated. My advice for all of you future mamas - don't take the time you have with just you and your spouse for granted!!! Enjoy each other, sleep in & cuddle a little longer, workout together, go on spontaneous dates, take a road trip! Things change a bit when life suddenly revolves around those little ones.
I love my man! Best three years EVER.
