I got a whole lotta catching up to do. Emmett and I have been traveling basically the whole month of December which has been so fun, quite busy, but also a few too many weeks living out of a suitcase. We went to Alabama, Tennessee, Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah - we even hit all five states in the span of one week. It's nice to be settled back in Colorado for a bit and to have Emmett on somewhat of a routine. Now I could do one post covering all of the December happenings, but it would literally be a mile long in pictures. So I'm going to split it up into like... four or five posts lol.
We kicked off the month of December by going to see the Parade of Lights in downtown Denver. I figured it would be something fun to do with the family outside of the house and I was sure Emmett would love looking at all the bright, colorful, and musical floats! We snapped some pictures and hit up Noodles & Company for dinner while we waited for the parade to start.
THIS BOY IN THAT HAT. So darn cute.
I was right, Emmett loved it. The cold didn't even phase him because there was just too much for him to see and hear! It's so fun watching him experience things for the first time. Babies just make life better I think.
And just for fun, here's a throwback to the last time our family attended the Parade of Lights. As you can see, it's been a little while haha.
Such a great start to the holiday season!

You got much better pics than I did... and Emmett is just so darn cute! Loved going to the parade with you!
